Supermarkets have a duty of care to their disabled customers. If you have a disability, you are able to book an assisted shop, which means that a store colleague will help you find the items you are looking for.

If you are shopping for several items, we would advise that you book the assisted shops at least 24 hours in advance. This is to help the store ensure there is someone available to help you.
